by Michele DeVos posted 02/21/2009

DISTRICT 135 SCHOOL RULES
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES
  • DO not arrive at school prior to 10 minutes before your game.  Coaches are required to show a contract to enter the gyms, therefore no one will be allowed in the gym until this is done.
  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGES are allowed in the gyms by Parents or Siblings.  Players are allowed WATER only.  NO COLORED SPORTS DRINKS - THEY STAIN THE FLOORS.
  • In Case of Spills, please notify the custoidan immeidately.  This is to minimize the risk of an injury.
  • Custodians will set up and and pick up chairs.  HOWEVER, please pick up your own mess.  Do not leave it for the school to clean up.
  • NO ball bouncing in the halls!  No running in the halls!  DO NOT TRY and open LOCKERS!  The Custodians have been instructed to turn in offenders to the District and could result in you not being allowed to return to the school for games.
  • Coaches are responsible for all girls on their teams during and after a game.  Please do not leave girls unattended.  Stay with them until parent or guardian has picked them up.
  • Please use common sense in the schools.  They are becoming quite intollerant of bad behavior.
  • IMPORTANT - Please do not park on the Firelane side of the driveways at the schools.  Orland Park will issue you a ticket.  This occurs mainly at Liberty and Meadow Ridge Schools - please park on the left side of the driveway or perferably, in the school parking lots.  Liberty has parking behind the school off of 152nd street.
